A deeper look into the power issue can be traced back into a faulty power supply. These power supplies are often cheap, so do not go out rushing just to replace your computer yet. If you are convinced that this is not the problem, or you do not really feel comfortable in replacing your own power supply, your only option would be to bring it to your local computer shop. The typical cost for the installation of a new power supply is less than 100 dollars.

If your computer turns on all right but it doesn’t operate properly, you are receiving strange errors, or it’s moving sluggishly, then maybe you need to clean up the Windows registry or junk some files.
